Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has unveiled details of Ain Al Maha Village, the latest beachfront residential area to be added to the Jubail Island project. This marks an important step in the development of the Island of Jubail into a luxurious residential community and an upmarket living haven in the capital.
Following unprecedented demand on the island of Jubail, with 90% of current inventory sold out, the launch of Ain Al Maha is a testament to the strength of the property market in the capital.
Construction works are well advanced for the island of Jubail, with 95% of the infrastructure completed while 40% of the villas are under construction.
Scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2025, the new residential project, which will include 240 beachfront villas, will span 153 hectares. It will be located on the southern edge of the island of Jubail, surrounded by water and beautiful environmental nature.
Built along an estuary park and water channel, the village will include a series of high-end sea-view residences, offering spectacular views of the island’s mangroves.
