Stalin to Unveil TN’s “Real Estate Vision 2030” at FAIRPRO 2022
After a two-year hiatus, CREDAI-Chennai will hold its FAIRPRO 2022 exhibition at the Chennai Trade Center from March 4-6. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin is expected to unveil the state’s “Real Estate Vision 2030” on March 5.
While the residential market has shown a recovery, the real estate industry is looking to create excitement among potential buyers and entice them with special offers at the show. Members attending the event decided to offer a special “lowest price” to shoppers.
“Each builder showing their properties at FAIRPRO 2022 is committed to offering potential buyers the lowest possible price during the show. Customers can choose from a variety of properties and land by a number of leading brands in the industry. Nearly 70 builders will showcase RERA-approved properties – villas, apartments and land – with prices starting from ₹25 lakh and above,” said Arun MN, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand.
Best time, low interest
Banks such as SBI, HDFC, ICICI, LIC and many others may offer special rates, offers and processing fee waivers in connection with the exhibition.
Padam Dugar, Chairman of CREDAI-Chennai, pointed out that now is a good time for people to buy their dream home as prices are competitive and loans are available at the lowest interest rates.
CREDAI, in association with the Tamil Nadu Construction Welfare Board, will launch an insurance scheme covering over one million workers. This is an initiative of the Government of Tamil Nadu that CREDAI will participate in to ensure that all workers, whether a migrant or local worker, are registered in this scheme.
“It’s not just accident cover, but it goes beyond that to provide cover and support for workers and their families in many aspects, including maternity, whatever the project or the builder they work for,” Dugar said.
