Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced Rosewood Residences Lido Key, the brand’s first standalone residential project led by luxury real estate developer The Ronto Group and real estate investment firm, Wheelock Street Capital. Located along one of the country’s best beaches off Sarasota, steps from the Circle of St. Armands, the 65-unit condominium will be completed in 2025, with sale reservations for launch in December 2021.
