Living and raising their families in the Chelsea area, property experts Shane O’Sughrue and James Aldinger are using their expertise to reopen Ray White Chelsea.

The group’s office in Chelsea closed at the end of last year with the sale of the business, but Ray White’s solid reputation in the region for over 20 years, together with the solid tools and resources, are prompting Mr. O’Sughrue and Mr. Aldinger to reopen the business. .

After beginning his career in the prestige automotive industry, Mr. O’Sughrue has been immersed in the real estate industry for many years. He had always had an interest in real estate, buying his first property at the age of 18.

Mr O’Sughrue was now one of the top estate agents in the Chelsea area, winning RateMyAgent five years in a row for postcode 3197.

Mr. Aldinger began his real estate career with Ray White in 1996, after studying a degree in business marketing.

At 21, he became sales manager and was offered a share in the company.

Soon after, Mr. Aldinger left to start his own business, but still remained involved with Ray White.

He said it made sense to team up with Mr O’Sughrue and open Ray White Chelsea.

Mr O’Sughrue said he looked forward to working with Ray White.
