Camp JCC receives accreditation from the American Camp Association
YOUNG TOWN – JCC Camp to Youngstown Jewish Community Center recently received official accreditation from the American Camp Association.
Camp JCC has undergone a thorough review of its operations, ensuring that all quality standards are met, a press release said. The ACA works with the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Red Cross, and other agencies to ensure that their standards reflect the most recent research. Accreditation is proof of a camp’s commitment to health and safety, and ensures that camps have had a regular, independent safety audit that goes beyond regulations in most states, including Ohio, the Liberation States.
Camp JCC is one of only two ACA accredited day camps within 20 miles of Youngstown. Accreditation allows Camp JCC, starting in the summer of 2022, to accept campers who receive state-funded child care services through the Department of Employment and Family Services. family from Ohio.
Camp JCC campers participate in daily activities such as arts and crafts, music, sports, dancing, baking and swimming. Specialty camps are available for various interests. Camp JCC is for campers entering Kindergarten to Grade 8. A leader training program is offered to teens entering Grades 9 and 10.

OhanaLink Technologies joins forces with Potentiel Développement
