The Four Seasons Hotel Luxor is also slated to open in 2025, located in southern Egypt. The property will be designed by WATG Architects, with interiors by Wimberly Interiors, and will be located just south of Luxor Temple which dates back to 1400 BC.
The 200 rooms and suites will all offer a view of the Nile, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. Facilities will include multiple restaurants and bars, a spa and fitness center, multiple pools, retail spaces, a kids’ club, and 1,300 square meters of meeting and event space.
Finally, the group’s property in Sharm El Sheikh, which opened 20 years ago, will double in size after a multi-million renovation. The expansion project will see the addition of 69 private residences to the existing collection of 77, as well as new culinary outlets (with 12 in total), leisure facilities and meeting spaces.
The new residential accommodations will include 25 villas and 44 chalets ranging in size from 195 to 240 m². These will include two-bedroom en-suite chalets, four-bedroom villas and two custom-designed five-bedroom villas.
The hotel group has partnered with the real estate company Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) to expand its portfolio in the country. The brand already has four hotels in Egypt: Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano and Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh.
