DUBAI, September 23, 2021 (WAM) – Dubai recorded 1,835 real estate and real estate transactions worth a total of AED 6.8 billion in the week ending September 23, 2021, according to the Dubai Land Department (DLD ).
DLD’s weekly report says 157 lots were sold for AED 1.2 billion, 1,249 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.6 billion.
The three main deals were land to Al Hebiah Fifth sold for AED 190.56 million, followed by land sold for AED 50.03 million to Um Suqaim First, and land sold for AED 190, AED 56 million to Al Hebiah Fifth in third place. .
Al Yufrah 2 recorded the most deals this week with 36 sell deals worth AED 30.94 million, followed by Al Hebiah Third with 31 sell deals worth AED 77.75 million. AED, and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 19 sales transactions worth AED 332 million in third place. place.
The top three transfers of apartments and villas were one apartment sold for AED 314 million in Burj Khalifa, one apartment was second on the list sold for AED 264 million in Marsa Dubai, and third, it was of an apartment sold for AED 192 million in Palm Jumeirah. .
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was AED 3 billion, the highest being land at Wadi Al Safa 5, mortgaged for AED 686 million.
