DUBAI, July 8, 2021 (WAM) – A total of 1,705 real estate and real estate transactions worth a total of AED 5.3 billion were recorded in the week ending July 8, 2021, according to the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
102 plots were sold for AED 628.89 million, 1,164 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.35 billion, the DLD Weekly Report noted.
The top three deals were land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid sold for AED 86 million, followed by land sold for AED 61 million on Island 2 and land sold for AED 86 million to Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid in third place.
Nad Al Shiba First recorded the most deals this week with 17 sell deals worth AED39.06 million, followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 16 sell deals worth 204.95 million AED, and Jumeirah First with 12 sales transactions worth AED 102 million in third place. .
The top three transfers of apartments and villas were an apartment sold for AED 374 million in Marsa Dubai, one apartment was second on the list sold for AED 216 million in Burj Khalifa, and third, an apartment sold for 200 million AED in Palm Jumeirah.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was AED1 billion, the highest being land in Business Bay, mortgaged for AED250 million.
97 properties were awarded between first degree relatives for a value of 984 million AED.
