Urban and Kidman married in 2006, and since then they have developed an impressive real estate portfolio that spans multiple continents. Their US holdings include a luxurious 12,000 square foot mansion in one of Nashville’s most prestigious neighborhoods, as well as a high-priced condo in an ultra-exclusive building in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood. They also previously owned a rustic-chic farmhouse in an affluent rural community outside of Nashville, which they sold in 2018.
Variety reports that Urban and Kidman also own an impressive list of other high-end homes around the world, including a penthouse in Sydney, Australia; a contemporary home in Beverly Hills; and a duplex condo in New York’s expensive Chelsea neighborhood.

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman paid $ 3.5 million for an approximately 1,600 square foot, two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City in 2020. The luxury unit is located inside the famous Clock Tower building in Tribeca, which the developers acquired for $ 160 million in 2013. The building previously housed the New York Life Insurance Company, and the developers converted the building from 400,000 square feet in luxury condos in 2018.

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman lived on their 5,086 square foot 4-bedroom farmhouse in Franklin, Tennessee, a rural community 30 minutes from Nashville. The house is beautifully appointed. The master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet and the 35-acre gated property also includes a gym, recreation rooms, office and three-car garage, as well as a utility barn. The couple sold their rural farm in 2018 for $ 2.7 million.
