Dubai, United Arab Emirates – D&B Properties held another successful roadshow in Paris and London for the first time, showcasing Dubai’s vast real estate and lifestyle opportunities. Together with law firm BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP, the two events attracted a number of high net worth property investors, all planning to buy properties in Dubai and relocate their assets to the city.

Held at La Maison de l’Amérique Latine in Paris on October 4 and Chelsea Football Club in London on October 6, the event promoted Dubai’s real estate sector to attract a new wave of French and British investors. This event was organized as part of ongoing initiatives by D&B Properties and BSA to strengthen Dubai’s position as a leading global destination for property investment.

During the roadshow, D&B Properties gave several talks alongside leading law firm, BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates. The first was led by Mania Merrikhi, Director of Marketing and Business Development at D&B Properties, and Chetan Shroff, Associate Director at D&B Properties, who discussed the Dubai property investment process, various offers from top developers and services provided by Dubai Land Department to investors. Michael Kortbawi, Partner at BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP, and Senior Partner Michele El Khoury (PHD), led the second discussion regarding the recently released laws and regulations on real estate funds in Dubai and the regulation of crypto payments -currency in the real estate sector.

Kortbawi said: “We had the opportunity to highlight the importance of the Dubai Land Department enabling a legal framework to safely regulate real estate investment funds in Dubai among potential investors in Paris and London. The event was an opportunity to highlight how the UAE government helps create opportunities for residents and non-residents to improve their financial and residential situation in the UAE, from launch of golden visa to real estate fund regulations. Many French and UK buyers are looking to invest in Dubai, which encourages us to launch additional awareness campaigns in the future.
