Danitra Clare has been appointed Director of Human Resources for Shore Club Turks and Caicos
Born and raised in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Danitra brings her local knowledge and perspective to the job, in addition to nearly a decade of skilled human resources experience. As Director of Human Resources, she will be responsible for the operations of the Resort’s Human Resources department, including employee relations, talent acquisition and development, and any HR support including sister properties, The Palms and The Sands, might need.
For the past year, Danita was part of the opening team at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos as Director of Human Resources Operations. Prior to that, she spent nearly three years at the Shore Club as Deputy Director of Human Resources. Previously, she held various HR positions in both Turks and Caicos Islands and London, gaining unparalleled local and global experience.
