Axis Ecorp, a real estate company focused on high-end developments in the vacation home and secondary housing segment, announced on Saturday that it will invest Rs 100 crore in the development of luxury hotel apartments and villas near the Goa’s next airport. The project will be developed on 25 acres of land located in Shindhudurg, on the Goa-Maharashtra border. It is only 13 km from the future MOPA International Airport of Goa.
The company recently acquired the land. The new project will offer 150 studios with services, 70 luxury villas with services and 100 tailor-made developments. “MOPA Airport is considered a big game changer for this region and Goa and its outlying areas, including Dodamarg, are expected to experience a boom.
