Axis Ecorp to invest Rs 100 crore in the development of a holiday home project near Goa’s next airport
Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently inaugurated the Aviation Skills Development Center (ASDC) at Mopa Airport, which will increase the demand for real estate projects.
Demand will certainly increase since our project is only 13 km from the future airport. The construction of the first phase is underway and we will soon announce the second phase for which we have already acquired the land, ”said Aditya Kushwaha, CEO and Director of Axis Ecorp.
The company’s three projects – Axis Blues, Axis Yog Villas and Axis Lake City are located in Dodamarg, Shindhudurg and have sold stocks worth Rs 213 crore in the past year.
“We will have 120 apartment hotels, villas and built to suit the villas in the project. The vacation home segment is booming after covid and we are growing with demand, ”Kushwaha said.
The company intends to operate these smart-service luxury villas and expand to more cities that attract tourists.
The company also offers concepts of kid-centric hotels and Yog villas. Comprising over 69 units with a built-up area of 1,400 square feet for each unit, the project is expected to be completed by 2023. Located in Dodamarg, these villas are 35 kilometers from downtown Panjim.
