SODIC developments increased in the OOH sector of Cairo once again. Promote one of their many wonderful projects, ‘The Domains’after his previous appearance for of June North Coast Launch of the Pink Water Houses in August 2022. This time, SODIC returns to the media arena of Cairo to promote for the fourth time its beautiful residential complex in out-of-home media; worth mentioning that the previous Estates outdoor campaign was in April 2022.

The Estates by SODIC is a residential project that SODIC Estates Residence introduced to the real estate market in Egypt, located in El Sheikh Zayed. With a 5% down payment and payments spread over eight years, The Estates Residence offers a variety of units including villas, townhouses and townhouses. The project is being carried out by a customer-oriented mixed-use company, SODIC. The campaign visual shows how stylish the residential complex will look again, this time with a dark red background, with a person capturing a moment with their camera and disclosing all the other information written on the sketch in bright white color. The campaign featured the company’s logo, hotline number and website. Emphasize the name and location of the new project with the slogans “Launching Soon” and “A New Age of Refinement”.
