Originally from Westchester and current resident of the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where she lives with her developer husband and their three young children, Jordan focuses primarily on selling homes in new condominium developments. The day starts early. Jordan first spends five to ten minutes checking urgent emails and texts.
After that, she will spend about an hour meditating and training. “I make sure to move my body every day, whether it’s for an early morning run in Central Park, doing one of Megan Roup’s workout videos in my apartment, or walking to the office,” a- she declared.
She returned home at age 7, helping her children get ready for school. A cup of tea and herbal supplements follow while the children eat breakfast.
After the half-hour rush to get the kids out, she leaves the house and heads for dates.

Jordan joins his clients and colleagues for breakfast meetings at least once or twice a week. She avoids quick fixes like protein bars but doesn’t dwell on the meal.
She also takes time for coffee-meets so she can catch up with other agents, research information, and get the scoop on off-market properties.
Thereafter, real estate tours take place all afternoon and take him to Manhattan according to the availability of his clients. Jordan’s buyers and sellers range from American investors to families and even Italian buyers, given his connection to Milan and his fluency in the language.

Jordan spends the afternoon showing potential buyers the properties she represents, many of which are new developments.

Jordan usually comes home between 6 and 7 p.m., when she prefers time with family.
âI try to get home at a decent hour, if I don’t have a nightly event, to spend time with my husband and kids before I go to bed,â she said. “If I have a night out, I go home first to say goodnight to my kids, change my outfit and cool off.”
